Warminster’s Mayor will lead a second family-friendly walk around the town’s Roarminster dinosaur trail this week.
Attendees will meet at Warminster Civic Centre at 6pm on Friday 28th August before setting off to explore the town. Dinosaur costumes are encouraged.
“This is our second Roarminster dinosaur walk after the success of our first event,” said Mayor Jack Jones. “The response to the dinosaurs in town continues to be incredible, and it has been wonderful to see shops and residents continuing to embrace the trail and keep the enthusiasm going.”
The dinosaur trail will remain in the town until Saturday 5th September. During this time, visitors and residents can explore the town, find the dinosaurs, enter the word scramble prize draw and enjoy dinosaur-themed activities.
The town council says there is also still time to join the Roarminster loyalty card scheme, which features 50 local retailers and offers a top prize of a £500 voucher to spend at participating Warminster businesses.
