A Warminster police officer has been thanked for his service to the town after leaving the Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).
PC Chris Rideout marked his last day serving the Warminster community on Monday 10th August, following years of service in a variety of roles within Wiltshire Police.
PC Rideout was previously a member of the Neighbourhood Policing Team in Devizes before joining the Warminster team.
“During his time in Warminster, he has made a significant and positive impact on the community, working tirelessly to support local residents, address community concerns and build strong relationships with those he served,” said a spokesperson from Wiltshire Police. “His commitment and dedication have made a real difference, and his efforts have been greatly appreciated by both colleagues and members of the public.
“While he will be greatly missed, we would like to thank him for his years of service and wish him all the very best for the future and the next chapter of his journey.”
