THE brand-new Warminster FEASTival is coming to Lake Pleasure Grounds from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th July.
Organised by Zoom Events, the free to enter family-friendly festival will feature an array of international street foods and other tasty treats alongside a live music stage and children’s entertainment.
Visitors will be able to choose from a freshly prepared selection of street foods from around the world whilst relaxing in an alfresco dining area. Meanwhile, the Famous Last Stand bars will be serving real ales and cider for those who fancy a tipple with their food. Alongside the street food court, further stalls will showcase unusual and handmade groceries such as cheese, olives, bread, biltong, cakes, flapjacks and bottled beverages to enjoy at home.
Bands and talented musicians will take to the stage throughout the weekend, with a performance from South-West based band, Folklaw on the Sunday. There will be a selection of children’s rides and entertainment as well as a craft section containing unusual products and gift ideas to browse.
“We are looking forward to hosting Warminster FEASTival in Lake Pleasure Grounds for the first time,” said Paul Kennedy, director of Zoom Events. “Lake Pleasure Grounds is a beautiful venue for our formula of family-friendly food-focused fun, just a short distance from the centre of town.”
Warminster FEASTival will be open on Friday 11th July 12m – 7pm, Saturday 12th July 9am – 7pm and Sunday 13th July 10am – 6pm.
