A night of ska and reggae next month will raise vital funds for local people living with dementia.
The Warminster Athenaeum will host popular band Train to Skaville on Saturday 28th February, with all proceeds going to Warminster-based charity Beyond Dementia.
“The fundraising concert will see Train to Skaville bring their smooth blend of ska and reggae to the theatre,” said Rachel Fear, Community Fundraising Manager for Beyond Dementia (formerly Alzheimer’s Support). “Get your tickets at www.theath.co.uk and enjoy an evening of live music for a worthwhile cause.”
The evening will also feature a bar and raffle and showcase artwork by members of Beyond Dementia’s Warminster art group. Doors open at 7.30pm and the band takes to the stage at 8pm.
Tickets cost £16, and all proceeds will support Beyond Dementia’s services for people living with dementia in Wiltshire, helping the charity continue its work with local families and carers.
