A coffee morning took place last month to raise money for Warminster-based support charity Cornerstone.
The event, hosted by the United Church, raised over £140 to support the work of Cornerstone.
Cornerstone is a charity that aims to help relieve poverty and distress whilst promoting social inclusion and cohesion amongst the people of the Warminster community area.
They offer advice, support and practical help to people in the community and work alongside Warminster Food Bank, Citizens Advice and the Social Prescribers from the Avenue. They are open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 12:30pm.
“It was a pleasure to run the coffee morning on their behalf, and we hope this money will be helpful to their running costs,” say organisers from the United Church.
