Warminster’s MP Dr Andrew Murrison recently marked a quarter of a century in Parliament.
The MP has represented the area since June 2001 when he was elected to what was then the Westbury constituency, before it became South West Wiltshire after boundary changes in 2010.
“It’s been an honour and a privilege to represent the area in which Jenny and I have raised our family,” said Andrew Murrison.
“I look forward to continuing to serve Trowbridge, Westbury, Warminster, Mere and the surrounding villages – if the voters will have me, for another 25 years!”
