Residents are being invited to a public consultation to hear more about plans for up to 135 new homes at Home Farm on the eastern edge of Warminster.
Bellway Homes is seeking feedback on proposals for the site, which could feature up to 40% affordable housing, with over half of the 5.9-hectare site retained as publicly accessible open space.
The site has long been discussed for development, with initial plans first submitted in 2016. Housing plans at the site have previously met with strong opposition from local residents.
A consultation event will be held tomorrow, Wednesday 19th November, from 2.30pm to 7.30pm at Warminster Civic Centre, Sambourne Road, BA12 8LB. Bellway Homes said residents are welcome to attend to discuss proposals and ask questions.
Information about the plans is also available at https://www.landathomefarmconsultation.com. Residents can also leave comments or provide feedback by email at landathomefarm-consultation@lichfields.uk.
The consultation runs until 5th December.
