The Warminster Fundraising Group for Cancer Research UK held another successful table top sale at Warminster Library on 11th October.
The sale was filled with bargains and homemade cakes, all in support of life-saving cancer research.
Organiser Pauline Reed said the team was thrilled with the support from local people.
“Our supporters are at the heart of everything we do and their continued support has led to breakthroughs being made which gives people with cancer hope that they will have longer time with their loved ones,” she said.
The group is now busy preparing for its next fundraising event – another a table top sale with refreshments on Friday 8th November, from 10am to 12 noon at Warminster Library, Three Horseshoes Walk, BA12 9BT.
Pauline added: “Hopefully one day cancer will be eradicated completely – that’s the thought that keeps all our members, past and present, motivated to keep raising those vital funds.”
