Heytesbury Village Day will take place this Saturday, 4th July, from 2pm to 6pm on Heytesbury School playing field.
Organised by Heytesbury Social, the event promises a wide range of attractions aimed at all ages, including a car boot sale, bouncy assault course, vintage vehicles, traditional horse poo lottery, 50/50 raffle and a variety of local craft and independent trader stalls.
There will be live music from Westbury band Brakelight, and food and drink including pizza, cream teas, ice creams, and a selection of refreshments from local vendors.
“This year’s event has come together with lots of help from the committee, volunteers and the community,” said Karen Riggs, a member of Heytesbury Social.
“This year’s event is being held at Heytesbury School, who are involved with face painting, and we are grateful to use the playing fields. And we have The Old Fire Station attending to supply pizza and a great selection of drinks, Fat Sam’s Ice Creams, Jolly Jumpers bouncy castle and The Really Awesome Coffee Van.
“There will be plenty of activities and stalls for a fun afternoon ending with a live music from popular local band Brakelight. Hope you can join us on 4th July!”
