NOMINATIONS are now open for the Inspire Youth Awards which will return next month following a successful launch last year.
The awards celebrate the achievements of local young people and recognise those who support them.
Categories include Young Leader, Young Carer, SEN Award for Young People, Young Volunteer, Young Progress, Young Team, Young Person Recognition, Best Adult Team Working with Young People, Best Provision for Young People and Inspirational Adult.
“We launched the awards as although there are many school awards, there are no awards for the incredible professionals who work with and support young people,” said Beth Mullins from Wiltshire Area Youth Service, which runs the awards. “These awards also bring everyone together.”
All nominees will be invited to Kingdown School for the awards ceremony on 20th October, when the winners will be announced.
