A local quiz night has raised £320 for Warminster’s Wessex MS Therapy Centre.
The night saw 10 teams come together at Prestbury Sports Bar to compete for three top prizes. The funds raised will go towards helping the centre provide vital therapies and support for people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
“A big thank you to Nick, Pete and the team for organising this event and supporting our local charity,” said Amanda, fundraiser at the centre. “It means a lot to our members to have the support of the local community.
“The charity is always grateful for the generosity of local businesses and community groups who help make events like this possible.”
Nick and Pete from Prestbury Sports Bar said, “It was a pleasure to host a charity quiz night in support of the Wessex MS Therapy Centre. Knowing all the funds raised would go directly to the charity made it even more worthwhile. We were delighted to donate the prizes and cover the quiz master costs.”
