Children at Crockerton Church School have enjoyed special visits to Salisbury Cathedral and St Lawrence Chapel in Warminster.
As part of their Religious Education curriculum, the pupils spent their last week of term digging deeper into the Christian story of Easter.
Charlotte Sides, teacher at Crockerton School, said, “It all began on a particularly sunny Tuesday, when the young pupils in Key Stage 1 headed to the awe-inspiring Salisbury Cathedral. Through guided tours, drama and art activities, they learnt about stories of new life and hope.
“A few days later, the whole school spent the day exploring Christianity in many forms, thanks to the dedicated teams at Anglican Christ Church and the non-denominational St Lawrence Chapel.
“You may have also spotted the pupils enjoying an Easter trail around the lake in our beautiful town park, surrounded by the new life of springtime. It was a particularly special event, and the Crockerton School community would like to thank all who gave up their time.”
