Old Bell launches new breakfast menu

The Old Bell Hotel, Warminster has upgraded its breakfast menu as well as now providing daily newspapers for customers, along with a copy of the new-look Warminster Journal!

As well as the classic Full English Breakfast the hotel offers vegetarian and vegan full English breakfasts and new items include; smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, smashed avocados on toast with either poached eggs or grilled tomato and egg benedict (with ham) royal (with smoked salmon) and florentine with spinach, all topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

Prices for full breakfasts are £9.95 including a hot drink and the hotel also offers simpler breakfast sandwiches and freshly baked croissants too.

“We are open from 7.30am Monday to Friday and from 8am on Saturday and Sundays and would love to be able to welcome more local residents and visitors into The Old Bell; we offer our breakfast options until 11am daily,” said owner James Sullivan-Tailyour.

The hotel is now offering daily newspapers (from Coates and Parker of course), and available Monday to Saturday are The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail and the ‘i’ . Copies of the Warminster Journal are also available.

“There is free wifi and business people are welcome to come in for breakfast, for a meeting or simply to work,” added James. “Breakfast is not mandatory of course and you can just enjoy one of our barista coffees; the full range is available as well as alternative milk options including oat, almond and soy.

“With more and more people working from home, The Old Bell makes a welcome break or an ideal meeting place, the excellent wifi and peaceful atmosphere makes the hotel the perfect environment for business.”
