People are invited to join Warminster Bowling Club this weekend at an open day.
The event takes place on Saturday 24th May, and all ages and abilities are welcome to attend at any time throughout the day.
Member Sue Bohana said, “Warminster Bowling Club members are delighted the outdoor bowling season has begun. We all look forward to playing throughout the summer.
“All members, especially those who joined us last year, have been practising hard in preparation for our first league matches and have already achieved amazing success, gaining plenty of winning points for the club.
“Warminster Club is known for its friendly atmosphere and strong community spirit. The club offers both relaxed social games and competitive league play on our beautifully maintained greens.
“Members enjoy our welcoming social space, which includes a great clubhouse, a well-stocked bar and regular social events throughout the year.
“We started the year with a bang on Burns Night. New members are always welcome – we offer free coaching, specially adapted wheelchairs and ramps to make the green accessible for all.”
Adapted wheelchairs and ramps will be available on the day.
