A festival celebrating Latin American and Spanish speaking community and culture is coming to Warminster this month.
Hosted by the Wellbeing Hub on Saturday 20th September, the Somos Festival – Somos, meaning “we are” in Spanish – is a vibrant, pan-Hispanic cultural festival that celebrates the rich tapestry of traditions, music, food, and stories from across the Spanish-speaking world.
Organisers say, “A detailed agenda with workshops and talks will be available a month before the event, where you can book your space on the workshop ahead of time, as spaces will be limited!
“The food available will be snack-sized, rather than full meals, so make sure you don’t come on a completely empty stomach!”
The festival will run from 2pm to 11pm. A bar will be open, serving drinks throughout the afternoon and evening.
